Foxtro is a calculator and a decoder of public weather reports. It is not a certified navigation system, not a source of official weather briefings, and not a substitute for your aircraft's flight manual, your training, an approved flight computer where one is required, or the judgement of the pilot in command. Results depend on what you type in. Confirm every number that matters, obtain an official briefing before flight, and follow your regulator's rules. Foxtro accepts no liability for decisions made with it.
Reports come from the Aviation Weather Center, a US government service, as published. They can be late, missing or wrong at the source, and the app shows the time of each observation so you can judge its age.
Foxtro Pro is a one-time in-app purchase, sold and handled by Apple. It is not a subscription and never renews. It belongs to your Apple Account, and you can restore it from Settings in the app. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Every calculator and the report decoder are free in full, with no time limits and no advertising, along with three favourite airports.
Favourites, cached reports, aircraft profiles and settings stay on your device, as the privacy policy describes. Deleting the app deletes them, and there is no copy to restore.
